Who can help?

A vestibular physiotherapist can assess your symptoms, identify contributing factors and develop an individualised rehabilitation program to reduce dizziness, improve balance and gradually build your tolerance to movement and visually busy environments.

Because PPPD often involves both physical and psychological factors, your physiotherapist may also work alongside your GP, psychologist, neurologist or ENT specialist as part of your care.
